Comprehensive assessment study of existing 125M Restaurant Organization (27 fast-casual units, 2 full service, 11 concept/construction development) for purposes of independent and hotel franchisee placement.
The Results
Provided detailed analysis for large asset manager and ownership team into decision making process of partnerships and placements for each F&B concept evaluated.
